Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you do not need to be home. Many clients provide access codes, lockboxes, or keys. If you will not be home, just let us know access instructions in the notes when booking.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes! Our technicians arrive fully equipped with premium cleaning supplies, microfiber cloths, mops, and professional vacuum cleaners. If you have specific specialty products you prefer us to use, please leave them out and let us know.
Do you offer recurring cleaning plans?
Yes! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring plans. Recurring clients receive priority scheduling and consistent service from the same cleaning team. You can set up your preferred frequency when submitting your booking request.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
